Family and Friends Support Group

Recovery is a family affair. If your loved one is struggling with substance abuse, drug or alcohol addiction, and/or related behavioral issues, it’s affecting you, too.

Our free Family & Friends Support Group meets the third Thursday of every month, from 7 to 8 p.m., in Suite 201 to explain and discuss the disease of addiction, give you strategies to deal with certain issues, and recommend other resources and groups available to you.

We realize that when a family member, significant other, or friend is struggling, you:

  • may not understand what is happening.
  • may be asking yourself, “Why do I need help? It’s not my problem!”
  • may find that you are struggling with painful and conflicting emotions as well.

Find a safe haven with us each month. We’re families and friends working together to offer support, develop coping skills, overcome challenges, and mend lives. You are not alone on this journey.

New Life got me clean because it allowed me to change my negative thinking into positive thinking. I am very grateful for New Life.
